The yesteryear actress of South Indian films, Sri Vidhya, daughter of popular classical singer M L Vasantha Kumari, died in a hospital, in Kerala in the year 2006. The true love story of Sri Vidhya, is been filmed by Director Ranjith, and the film is been titled as 'Thiraikadha' featuring Prithviraj, Samvritha, Anup Menon and Priyamani in lead roles. The film has hit the box offices.
